Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Claim
Log into your account portal and select the problematic item from your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Hardware
Ensure the device is factory reset and securely packed in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.
- 4.Technical Inspection
Once received, our technicians will verify the device's condition and process your full refund or replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
